Your custom website briefing form

You have indicated that you plan to use a new back-office software to manage your properties. We will need to take a database feed from them, for the properties to display on your website. Please provide the name and contact details for the software company you use, the specific software product you use and your account reference number with them. Please note: you will probably have to give them permission to deal with us. Please mention you are using ExpertWeb / loyaltyMATTERS to build your new website and provide our dev email address which is [email protected] - for them to send us API details.

Has anything changed about your brand? eg It's personality, what it stands for, what sets it apart from your competitors. From a creative perspective, how it should be visually presented? Simply an updated version of what you have? Or something more radical?

Please provide a list of the local area pages you would like included. Please also include the postcodes that each area page needs to include (we will need this for Google maps).

Please provide a list of each branch address / contact details below. By default we include these as a list on your contact us page. If you prefer, you have the option to have a separate page(s) for each branch / office. If a page per branch is required, please describe below what each page needs to include. Please note: complex requirements such as property listings by branch, multiple contact forms per branch, team members by branch etc may incur additional fees. We will discuss, and agree with you, any additional fees that may apply before we proceed with the design / build.
